25th Year Reunion at Robbie Wooding’s Herb Farm
Postponed
Dear Alums of Dreamtime Herbal School as well as Sacred Plant Traditions,
Please join us for a reunion for Foundation students/alumni to celebrate 25 years of celebrations of herbal medicine and traditions held on this sacred land where at least five generations of Carters and Woodings have gathered and stewarded this land. The pecan tree is calling for another swing, another circle, another night of bluegrass dancing to honor our times together.
Since this will also be the ‘regular’ class for SPT’s Foundation program, we will need to limit attendees but please register yourself or your family if you are interested in joining. The weekend will be the same as it always has been, Saturday morning hike to the ginseng, goldenseal and Bannister River. An afternoon of harvesting techniques, then the fabulous potluck with local community. Of course, we will dance the night away with Robert Anderson and his band of bluegrass musicians and magicians.
Sunday will be a class on Men’s Health, more hiking, plant id and of course dipping in Robbie’s “cement pond” all through the weekend.
You will get a welcome letter with more details when you register but we encourage early sign up as space is limited.
