This is the first time we will be offering this eclectic series of different issues for various body systems. All materials will be provided online and there will be time for Q & A after each class. I know how hard it is sometimes to sit in front of a computer for two hours and I will do my best to make this enlightening and enlivening. Each week we will do a proving of an herb and we will learn how to read the energetics of a plant from a tasting of the tea. The herb we will be tasting is listed with each class.
